SARAS will helps schools to take admission list by choosing the names in random order.The software will be licensed to the school and installed on a machine in the school. It will run only on the machine it has been licensed. It will not run on any other machine.

• The school will provide the following data to the system in a template.
  Form No., Name of the student, Father's Name, Gender, Category.
  
• The data will be kept in a secured database. Secure database will be protected by user name & password. The user name and password will be selected by the school and will be stored in encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access.
  
• SARAS will generate the list of all the applicants category wise in random order. 4 such runs(called trail runs) will be allowed to familiarize the school about the process. The list generated in the trail run will have "This is not admission list" printed all across.
  
• The 5th run shall be the FINAL run for the selected category. The final list will have all the names in the category in random order an will be used to print the admission list.
  
• SARAS will not allow the user to generate any list after the 5th RUN for the selected category and would get Locked for the category.
  
• To print the admission list the user will specify the desired numbers from each category. The required number of names in the admission list would be taken first name onwards from the final list for the category generated during final run(for the category).
  
• Each page of admission list will have SARAS logo on top right and left corners and the timestamps of the creation date of the final list.
  
• All lists being generated are encrypted and it would not be possible to see and interpret any data in the list.
  
• It would not be possible to change the data in the list. Even if somebody comes to know the database user name and password.
